Return Eligibility:
- CiscoMatteo watches are eligible for return within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, the watch must be in its original, unused condition, with all accompanying items, packaging, and tags.
- The watch should not show any signs of wear, damage, alteration, or resizing. CiscoMatteo reserves the right to determine the watch’s condition and whether it meets the return criteria.
Initiating a Return:
- To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at info@ciscomatteo.com within 30 days of your original purchase.
- Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return request.
- If your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions for the return process.
Original Packaging Requirement:
- CiscoMatteo watches must be returned in their original packaging. This includes the watch box, case, user manual, warranty card, and any additional items that came with the watch.
- Watches returned without their original packaging will not be accepted for return.
Return Process:
- Once you receive your RA number, securely package your watch in its original packaging.
- Clearly label the package with your RA number.
- Schedule a pickup with our Customer Service team, or they will provide instructions for shipping the package back to us.
Inspection and Approval:
- Upon receiving the returned watch, CiscoMatteo will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure that it meets the return criteria.
- If the watch passes our inspection, we will process your return.
- If the watch does not meet the return criteria, we will contact you with an explanation and discuss the available options.
Refunds and Credits:
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after the approval of your return.
- If you paid with a credit card, it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
